Booking & Refund Policies
RESCHEDULING: We reserve the right to reschedule any given class due to circumstances outside of our control. If we must reschedule a class, you will be given the opportunity to attend any class given by us within the year you registered. Once you reserve your seat in any given class you are securing a space and others may be denied the opportunity to attend. Consequently, we reserve the right to refuse rescheduling your attendance in another class if you do not notify us 5 days or more in advance of the class date you have reserved. Any class rescheduled by a student is subject to an administrative fee of not less than $25 per student.
ALL SALES FINAL: Unless otherwise indicated, all sales are final unless agreed to in writing by Safe Boating America in advance of sale.
OWNERSHIP: Safe Boating America is the sole owner of information collected on this site. No information will be sold, shared or rented in any manner other than as disclosed in this statement. We may collect information from forms users complete on this site or forms which may be added at a later date.
PROTECTING YOUR INFORMATION: When you place an order on our website we will give you the choice of using our secure server or you may be directed automatically dependent upon your browser settings. Our software technology encrypts all your private information before it gets to us and protects it against any unauthorized access. All secure pages are earmarked by an 'https' address instead of an 'http' address. Any page you request (e.g. while you place an order) that has an 'https' address is secure and protected.
