The Oregon Boater Education Card (also referred to as the Oregon boating license) is proof that a boater has taken and passed an approved boater education course. As of January 1, 2009 ALL BOATERS must now carry the Oregon boater education card when operating powerboats (including personal watercraft or any motorized watercraft) greater than 10 hp.

After your application form has been received, your Official Oregon Boater Education Card is mailed to your home within 2 - 3 weeks.
