NY Safe Boating course at Strong's Mattituck
Captain Rich's instruction was filled with relevant anecdotes from his personal experience as a boat operator and course instructor. This helped make the contents of the 8 hour class digestible and entertaining. (Although his "Dad" jokes could use some work.) He made attendees of all ages feel comfortable participating with their own questions and responding to his. Captain Rich's involvement in implementing Brianna's law was evident in the seriousness to which he presented the material. The showroom facility at Strong's Marine in Mattituck was very comfortable. It was a very good experience and I'm happy to now have completed my safety certification after a lifetime of boating. Thank you.
